1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers receive free return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
• For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be defective, unused, and in the condition received
• Must include original packaging and accessories
• Proof of purchase is required
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Returns outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team before sending any item back:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Exchange requests are subject to product availability
• Replacement items will be shipped once the return is received and approved

7. Order Cancellations

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom modified items (clearly marked as)
• Items returned outside the 30-day window
