At Wild Side Powersports, we are committed to providing a fast, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for all customers within the United States. Please review the details below for important shipping information.

1.Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping: Not available

2. Shipping Costs & Taxes

• Shipping cost is $220 per order for all products
• No sales tax is charged unless required by state law.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Handling Time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Transit Time (USA): 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Total shipping time: 8 to 15 business days.
• We use the following couriers:
• DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD
• Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Orders placed before 6:00 PM CST are processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Method

We ship all orders via secure, closed truckload carriers to ensure your product arrives safely and intact.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order:

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Multiple or Incorrect Addresses

• Multiple Addresses: We do not offer delivery to multiple addresses per order. Please place a separate order for each delivery address.
• Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting our Tracking Page.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
If the item has already shipped, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy to initiate a return.

Delays

In rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to external factors (weather, holidays, carrier issues, etc.).
If your order is delayed beyond 30 business days, we will contact you with an update and options.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

• If you’re present at delivery, refuse the parcel and notify the courier.
• If you weren’t present, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible for next steps.
