Returns

• We have a 30 days return policy starting when you get delivery.
• Items must be:
  • In the same condition as received
• Items not eligible for return include:
  • Products marked as non-returnable in the description

How to Initiate a Return

   • Your order number
   • The reason for return
2. We’ll respond with detailed return instructions.
3. Carefully repackage the item to prevent damage in transit.

Return shipping cost is our responsibility Unless:

• The return is just a change of mind by the buyer after we have shipped out.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

• The item is not in its original condition
• It’s damaged or missing parts not due to our error but due to the buyers error

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
